As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for establishing our flavor of agile delivery practices.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and help the scrum teams to self-organize and continuously improve.

You will also foster close collaboration across all team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and mutual support.

As well as coaching teams to remove impediments, you will shield the supported Scrum teams from external interference and ensure the team is fully functional and productive.

You will be responsible for setting up two Scrum teams in Porto whilst supporting the scaling of the engineering department in-line with the teams in Berlin. You will work closely with the CTO and the other Scrum Masters to ensure smooth collaboration and management of dependencies.


  • At least 2 years experience working as Scrummaster or coaching agile teams
  • Proven experience working with multiple teams as scrum master or agile coach.
  • Experience setting up teams from scratch is a big plus
  • Experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, XP, etc.); Certifications are a plus.
  • Broader knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe or Scrum@Scale
  • You are a coach and an active listener.
  • You can inspire people to continuously improve.
  • You can be assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority when needed
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and moderation skills.
  • Experience in working with remote/distributed teams.
  • Broader knowledge of software development concepts such as Test Automation, Continuous Deployment and DevOps.
  • Experience running large workshops (online or offline) is a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence administration is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; German and other languages are a plus.
