  • You support the commercial sales process from contract management to order handling and invoice management activities.
  • You act as the the Go-To person for all questions, activities and reporting regarding offers, sales orders, subscription agreements, call-offs and customer invoicing - incl. our bonus-based performance scheme and expense management for our on-site teams.
  • In this role you work closely together with otherteams in FactoryPal, which sell, deliver and administer our SaaS engagementswith our customers - mainly the FactoryPal project leads, Sales Managers aswell as the Finance team members.
  • You ensure high quality related support processes to our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You develop and improve your teams processes and tools to drive processing efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • You support the accounts management process, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing trouble shooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • You provide your stakeholders with reports and analytics to keep commercial management on track and ensure timely escalation, if and when needed.
  • You provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders, contracts and customer requests.
  • You align customer-facing sales activities with our Körber peer companies to ensure an integrated commercial approach.


  • You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales, Commercial Management or a related field.
  • You have been part of sales process and account management teams
  • You have worked at companies which provide SaaS solutions in a B2B context
  • You combine B2B industry acumen with commercial process and tools know-how.
  • You have a strong track record and hands-on attitude in building and sustaining sales and customer admin processes, which are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and continuously improved.
  • You bring excellent motivational skills and work well with a team, but you are also able to work alone.
  • You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills and thrive for high customer satisfaction.
  • You are an excellent time manager with the ability to multitask and prioritize, while paying strong attention to detail.
  • You are building on a sound knowledge of commercial practices and drive efficient customer service techniques.
  • You pragmatically apply your working knowledge of commercial management / ERP software and data analysis.
  • You easily apply office productivity and communication tools such as Office 365, Slack, Miro and others.
  • Your English is fluent and you speak at least one other European language.
