Responsibilities

Our Product Designers are responsible to create the best version of our product possible. They are empathy driven problem solvers that help move a project from sketches to a usable product that can be tested and evaluated.
  • Solve complex design problems for industry 4.0 applications.
  • Work with user centric methods in a collaborative design process.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners, engineers, and others.
  • Work with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.
  • Understand and analyze the user, competitors, and the customer from a design perspective.
  • Define a logical structure for the product and use visual elements to enhance the experience.
  • Create usable and engaging User Interfaces.
  • Translate design concepts into functional prototypes.
  • Develop, present, and test design concepts.
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in software design and development.
  • Well-rounded, user-centered design portfolio.
  • Curious and eager to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
  • Sharp eye for details.
  • Experience with the latest design tools (Figma, Adobe, …)
  • Experiences in… of advantage.:
  • b2b/SaaS software design.
  • IoT and manufacturing industry.
  • Web and mobile application design.
